🔑 Account Data

We only collect basic account information (userId, email) through Apple or Google Sign-in.
Your userId and email address is only used for account authentication.
In guest mode, we collect no account information — your work stays entirely on your device until you sign in.
You can delete your account and associated data at any time.

🎨 Your Artwork

Your drawings and generated media — images, video clips, and 3D models — are stored only on your device.
We never store your artwork permanently on our servers.
Your artwork is not synced across devices.

🤖 AI Processing

Input images and prompts are temporarily processed for AI generation by our servers and by third-party AI model providers (models hosted on Replicate), and will be automatically deleted once done.
Generated results are immediately returned to your device and are NOT stored on our servers.
We do NOT use any of your artwork to train our AI models.
We do NOT sell any of your data with 3rd-party vendors.

This Privacy Policy explains how PaletteX.AI Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Drawoid application ("App"). Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting it.

Authentication tokens from Apple or Google Sign-in
UserId from Apple or Google Sign-in
Email address (as provided by Apple or Google)
Account creation date
Purchased in-app credits ("paint coins")
If you use the App in guest mode, none of the above is collected; your data remains local to your device until you sign in.

2.3 User Content

Artwork and generated media (images, videos, and 3D models) are stored locally on your device

No permanent storage of your artwork on our servers

Processed media are automatically deleted from our servers after being returned to your device

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

5.1 Third-Party Services

Apple App Store for in-app purchases (paint coin packs and subscriptions)
Apple/Google for authentication
Cloud service providers for AI processing
Third-party AI model providers — models hosted on Replicate, including models from providers such as ByteDance, Google, and OpenAI — which temporarily process your prompts and input media to generate your requested images, videos, or 3D models

6.2 Account Deletion

When you delete your account:

All account information is permanently deleted
Unused credits are forfeited
Local artwork remains on your device
Server logs are automatically purged after 30 days

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 18
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18
Parents can contact us to delete any inadvertently collected data

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically
We will notify you of significant changes via the App
